by The solution is to improve the raising alarm technique and increase the chances
of recovery in the post 2-3 hour after the car is stolen and the burglar is on the run to reach a safe
haven. The connected car silently propagates its stolen status to every police car, exit gate, toll plazas
and other RSUs (Road Side Unit) using DSRC (dedicated short range communication) which is
independent of GPS satellite or cellular network.
